There hasn't been much filming going on recently thanks to the onslaught of the Summer heat.
Even short walks have resulted in black camera gear getting what seemed to be dangerously hot at times. It just isn't pleasant to be pounding the streets at this time of year and if you're not sitting by a pool, anywhere air-conditioned is the next best place to be.
This week saw me in Fujairah with work and, with an unexpectedly early finish, I thought that this was an opportunity and see some of the sights highlighted in the hotel literature.
It was all a bit rushed and improvised, but it was nice to see something different and the mountain ranges are spectacular.
I'm putting something together now, so hopefully there'll be something on the channel in the next few days.
